I really admire how much the women around me value community and always find ways to support each other. Whether it’s family, friendships, or business, I want to nurture these relationships with the same thoughtfulness as them.

I believe that one of women’s greatest strengths is their resilience. Throughout history and in everyday life, women consistently show the ability to adapt, overcome challenges and keep pushing forward despite obstacles, helping make the world a better place.

Sisterhood is about lifting each other up, sharing experiences and standing together through both challenges and celebrations. It’s the understanding that no one is alone and that together we are stronger.

Throughout my career, I have been lucky enough to be surrounded by incredible female mentors in the PR sector who have provided invaluable guidance and created a supportive environment. A key lesson that has stuck with me recently is managing your energy over time to lead to long-term success.

Working with an incredible team of women, I’ve witnessed that resilience and support is second nature – no challenge is too big when there’s a group chat! They lift each other up, get things done, and somehow always know where the decent snacks are.

I support other women by, listening without prejudice, Offering advice and support, Offering help when needed, mentoring and motivating and being empathetic while doing so. I am a big believer in celebrating people’s achievements, I want people to know they are valued and appreciated.. and loved!
Professionally I am proud to work for a female-founded and run business, that advocates for and celebrates the women in the team. We strive to work hard, all the while supporting, empowering and celebrating each other… and making time for fun along the way too.
Personally, I am from a family of very strong and supportive women, whose support has been invaluable, this grounds and guides me every day, and I feel lucky to have had amazing female role models there for me, throughout my life.
