Digital Account Manager

As the Digital Account Manager, you will oversee digital campaign strategy, implementation and performance across multiple channels. You will work within an experienced team, collaborate with clients, and ensure that campaigns meet KPIs and drive business growth. Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Account Executive to join our team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to learn and develop essential PR skills, while contributing to the success of our client campaigns across the placemaking, fashion, food, culture and lifestyle sectors.

The Account Executive will support senior team members in day-to-day media relations and account management. They will also work predominately across destination, fashion and food brand accounts.

Core responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for key clients, managing expectations and building strong, long-term relationships
  • Present digital strategies, concepts, and campaign performance reports to clients
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to provide proactive recommendations
  • Manage a team of digital specialists, including content creators and SEO experts
  • Oversee influencer partnerships, including relationship management, contract negotiations, and execution of paid collaborations
  • Proven experience managing digital campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Monitor digital campaign performance, identifying insights and optimisations
  • Content creation
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources across multiple client projects
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends, technologies, and platform updates
  • Contribute to new business pitches and proposals with strategic digital insights
  • Strong expertise in managing paid advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager, with a focus on performance optimisation and audience targeting
  • Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies (PPC, SEO, social media, email marketing, influencer marketing, etc.) for agency clients
  • Optimise digital campaigns to achieve key KPIs

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • Understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads, CRM platforms)
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple projects
  • Proven experience managing digital campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Understanding of performance marketing, SEO, social media advertising, and CRO
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with analytics/reporting tools
  • Experience in managing teams and mentoring junior staff

Desirable

  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp)
  • Understanding web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, CMS platforms like WordPress).

  • Pitch ideas and secure media coverage
  • Monitor media coverage and prepare reports
  • Build and maintain relationships with journalists and influencers
  • Contribute to the development of creative campaign ideas

Account Management:

  • Support senior team members in day-to-day account activities
  • Assist in the development of PR plans
  • Reporting and research assist
  • Events

Requirements:

  • Ideally 1-2+ years’ experience in the public relations sector
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Social media savvy and understands influencer marketing and content creation
  • Friendly, confident, down to earth and positive outlook
