    To promote the Carnaby destination in the lead up to Valentine’s Day, Sister London curated the integrated digital marketing and communications campaign ‘Carnaby Feels The Love’. The objectives were not only to drive footfall and attract visitors to the area by creating on-street activations, but our aim was to also increase database subscribers, as well as their digital footprint. This campaign included; Influencer marketing and paid social media advertising, digital promotion and public relations.

    What we Did:

    As part of Carnaby’s Valentine’s Day activation, ‘Carnaby Feels The Love’ campaign was designed to celebrate the most romantic day of the year, and with over 100 retailers to choose from, what better destination for couples to buy the perfect gift for their partners.

    The activation also included a ‘Carnaby Feels The Love’ Photo Booth in Kingly Court, designed as a data capture to increase current database subscribers, as well as a mechanic to add new members to the loyalty programme. The campaign also incorporates a series of experiential activations and coordinated influencer partnerships and a media campaign.

    The Sister London design team was responsible for the design of the concept, branding, digital assets, and marketing collateral for the campaign.

    Results:

    During this campaign, the client experienced a significant increase in positive exposure.

    The activations went viral on TikTok, the newsletter increased by 3.8k+ subscribers. The media campaign reached an audience of 23.5 million.
