Sister Celebrates 25 years

  • Culture, News

Sister London is celebrating 25 years of creating successful campaigns for brands and destinations, playing a pivotal role in raising the profile of many businesses across fashion, lifestyle and food & drink sectors.

Founded by Sarah Millar and Kay Copeland in 2000, this female-led business has grown from PR specialists into a full-service, 360 marketing agency, offering digital, design, advertising and events divisions, all while remaining proudly independent.

Over the years, Sister London has delivered standout campaigns for a wide range of brands: from creative ideation and identifying news angles to storytelling and implementation across all platforms. The agency has also worked with some of London’s most prestigious landlords to help showcase the city of London to global audiences.

Today, Sarah and Kay continue to work together along with their fantastic team who are based in their London office. Their partnership is a testament to hard work, determination, shared values and friendship.

“We love what we do; therefore, we are always excited to work on ideas and new projects and to be trusted by our incredible clients to deliver their briefs.  No day is the same in our office, which allows our team and us to develop new ideas and concepts for brands. Each day, we discuss new technologies, trends, and ideas for impactful campaigns, which keep us on the ball and ready for new projects.” Sarah Millar

Over the past 25 years, the agency has led many major campaigns. It brought global attention to Carnaby Street and Soho for Shaftesbury PLC. It created the Marylebone Village brand for The Howard De Walden Estate. From 2005 to 2015, it helped raise the profile of Regent Street for The Crown Estate. Highlights also include working with the Rolling Stones, launching their global flagship store and building the RS No.9 social platform. More recently, the team won a competitive pitch for Canary Wharf Group to launch Eden Dock with the ‘Making Nature Part of Wharf Life’ campaign, followed by the ‘Nature Rising’ installation featuring 8-foot moss sculptures.

“Celebrating 25 years of bold ideas, constant creativity and unforgettable campaigns. We have had the privilege of partnering with brilliant clients and creating countless exciting moments. Here’s to a quarter-century of turning vision into impact. We are proud of the journey and excited for what’s to come.” Kay Copeland

Happy anniversary Sister London and here’s to the next exciting chapter.
